Using Lucida

1. The service
Lucida provides personalized astrology reports as digital PDF files. Reports are generated automatically from the birth details supplied with an order and combine astronomical calculations with interpretive writing. No report is written or individually reviewed by a person for a specific order.
2. Entertainment and self-reflection
Astrology is an interpretive tradition, not a scientifically validated method of predicting events. Lucida reports are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to request a reading or place an order. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are providing your own details or have permission to provide the details entered.
4. Your birth information
You are responsible for entering accurate details. An unknown or approximate birth time can materially affect the Moon near a sign boundary and prevents a reliable Ascendant or house calculation. Lucida identifies these limitations in the resulting report instead of presenting estimates as exact facts.
5. Payment and fulfilment
Every paid reading is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The order page shows the full price before you continue to the secure payment provider. An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation. Reports are generated automatically after confirmation; if generation or email delivery is delayed, the private order page shows the current status and available download.
6. Problems and refunds
If you are charged twice, receive the wrong product, cannot access a completed report, or the delivered file is materially defective, email support@lucidaastro.com. Eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in either document limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Personal use
Your report is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may save, print, and share your own copy. You may not resell the report, present its calculation system or editorial content as your own, or use the service to harm, harass, or profile another person.
8. Availability and changes
Lucida may improve its calculations, interpretations, prices, and delivery systems over time. Changes do not alter an already accepted order. Temporary maintenance or a third-party outage may interrupt new orders or delivery.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Lucida is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on interpretive content. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
